Meet Mason – Townhome E2

For young families who love the city lifestyle, Mason may just be the perfect home for you. With only ten 2 and 3 level homes, you’re bound to experience a real community feeling. 9 neighbours (plus yourself, assuming you’ll want a home in Mason), all who love East Vancouver just as much as you do.

I’d like to introduce myself as home E3. I’m a bit of a traditional townhome, complete with my own front and back doors. And then three levels of living space plus a roof top deck. Throw in two additional front and back patios and my 1,420 plus square foot living space with almost 600 square feet of private outdoor space is designed to grow with your family.

My main level of living space features a split dining and living area with a chef-ready kitchen in between. With top of the line appliances like a giant Fisher + Paykel fridge, quartz countertops, marble tile backsplash and many more designer features my kitchen aims to inspire any chef. What makes my kitchen even more unique is the nook/work area that is part of the kitchen. It’s the perfect spot to prop up an ipad and keep the recipe handy while you’re trying the latest flavour fads. Or pull out the crayons and keep the little one entertained and nearby while dinner is simmering.

Upstairs my second floor features two good sized bedrooms for kids or offices or play areas or any other creative ideas that just seem to work. My third floor can be used as an entire master suite. With the bedroom and ensuite and big flex space taking up the third floor, this can be a retreat from busy life. Or turn that flex space into a library or den or tv area or keep the baby close for the first few months and have the crib nearby. The only thing that makes it even better is the private roof top patio that’s just a few steps up. Nothing like tons of space in a neighbourhood that has it all.

If you’re interested in learning more about me and the Mason community, feel free to contact our sales team who would be happy to set up a hard hat and steel toed boots tour of our construction site.
