But we’re open to a variety of different contracts tailored to suit our clients’ needs: Fixed Price, Maximum Upset, Design Build, Cost Plus and Construction Management agreements, for example.

We provide early confirmation of costs. We offer a single source of responsibility overseeing both design and construction.
