The Urban Land Institute is a non-profit research and education organization. Founded in 1936, the Institute now has members in 95 countries worldwide, representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines working in private enterprise and public service.

Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association
The Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association represents the residential construction industry in the Greater Vancouver Area. GVHBA is affiliated with the Canadian Home Builders’ Association at both the provincial and national levels. Established in 1974, it is the largest of the 10 local associations in British Columbia with more than 700 members.

Vancouver Regional Construction Association
Vancouver Regional Construction Association officially began as the Building and Construction Industries Exchange of B.C. in 1929. Now called the Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA), it is the largest construction association in BC. VRCA represents more than 700 general contractors, specialty trade contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and professionals active in the multi-billion dollar non-residential construction industry in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
