Haven and Edgemont Walk Communities are Complete + Sold Out
We were excited to have so many happy homeowners move in to our newly completed Haven and Edgemont Walk communities, both of which sold out in early autumn.

Eastpark is Certified LEED Platinum
We were proud to receive the prestigious LEED Platinum certification for our Eastpark community from the U.S. Green Building Council. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system is the foremost program for buildings, homes and communities that are designed, constructed, maintained and operated for improved environmental and human health performance. Eastpark achieved LEED Platinum certification for implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions aimed at achieving high performance in: sustainable site development, innovation in design, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
