Every year our Boffo team gathers to share ideas as part of our Community Outreach initiatives. We share causes and organizations close to our hearts and our communities. And each year we choose a new one to support – with our gift of time and a small donation. This year, our Boffo team is supporting Books For Me.
Books for Me is a local Vancouver non-profit that has provided over 85,000 books to children around the lower mainland who don’t have a chance to purchase their own books. By partnering with local schools they are able to get books into the hands of children who may not otherwise be able to enjoy their own books. And in the process, they hope to increase a love for literacy from an early age. Our Boffo team hosted a book drive with our families and friends to collect and sort books and are happy to report we filled 6 boxes of books that will go on to families in need.
