On May 7th the Canadian Home Builders Association celebrated the 2021 National Awards for Housing Excellence with a virtual gala. The National Awards for Housing Excellence celebrates the best in Canadian new homes, renovations, community development and residential marketing. This year we were honoured that both our Edgemont Walk and Haven townhome communities were named as finalists.
We wish to congratulate SookePoint Ocean Cottages/Landus in Sooke, BC for winning Best Attached Home – Low Rise under 1,500 square feet.
And we’re thrilled to announce that our Edgemont Walk community has won for Best Attached Home – Low Rise 1,500 square feet and over!
