While we continue to explore the many options and best fit for our properties at Commercial and Venables, we’re excited to welcome some new tenants to the space and community for the time being and wanted to profile them as we think they’re both pretty awesome.
The Eastside Flea is a modern-day flea market featuring a curated mix of vintage clothing and collectibles, locally handmade goods, and artisan eats. They’ve taken over the space right on the corner of Venables and Commercial Drive for the time being to provide more creative and production space for some of their local makers. We can’t wait to see what they create next. Follow along @EastsideFlea for news about their upcoming markets and more.
Manner Studio is a fine furniture and custom millwork studio that crafts pieces from enduring materials. All pieces are designed and built in Vancouver, BC with a focus on shapes, forms and how these pieces can impact our daily lives. They have a new showroom set up at 1705 Venables and we’re even more excited to be working with their team on the millwork for our kitchen upgrades in our head office.
