With the arrival of a new year and a new decade, we are excited to look ahead to what is next at Boffo Properties in 2020.
Boffo Building is almost finished renovating the new location of the Organic Learning Daycare Centre in Burnaby and it will be opening early this year. Concurrently, the team is scheduling and planning for the major renovation of a high-rise apartment building in Vancouver’s West End neighbourhood.
The recent success of our Haven and Edgemont Walk communities has fuelled the Boffo Properties development and marketing team to continue to build places that beautify neighbourhoods and meaningfully connect the people within the community. With this in mind, we are beginning work on a new commercial property, an industrial building and a residential development. Right now we are working on finding the strengths in each location, looking to reveal its character and then striving to create spaces that are even more livable, flexible and enjoyable.
Boffo Foundation’s long standing belief in helping others, encourages the entire Boffo Family of Companies to pay it forward. As we look ahead at more opportunities for community outreach and volunteering in 2020, we are proud to continue to support The Kettle Society right here in our East Van neighbourhood.
